I'd like to start off by saying that picking out engagement rings is a very delicate and frustrating process. My fiance and I have been searching for the right ring for her and purchased one online from New York for $3,500. The ring arrived days later and looked ok. We took the ring to get it appraised and it was not nearly half the quality that they advertised. Then we came across Diamond and Jewelry place and met Sibelle. She took her time to show the selections of beautiful rings. After trying out many rings, we finally picked the best one. Sibelle customized the ring and even made a second one for both of us. My fiancé and I had never gone ring shopping before. This was the first and only place we went to. Sibelle was very helpful and not pushy at all. I didn't see anything I was initially in love with. She was able to suggest creating something unique that met my preferences. It took them a week to put it together. We picked it up yesterday and were blown away.
